Wake and Incognito fined

The NFL fined Cameron Wake $15,000 for a hit that was to the neck/head area of Raiders quarterback Carson Palmer last week. Richie Incognito was fined $7,500 for striking a player late/unnecessary roughness from the Raiders game as well.
