Joe Philbin to interview in Miami by the weekend

Bob McGinn a beat writer for the Packers for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting that Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin will interview in Miami with the Dolphins sometime by this weekend.
