Dolphins players happy Brian Daboll is gone

Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald is reporting that one prominent offensive player (wild guess is its Brandon Marshall since he is in a throwing people under the bus mood of late) is happy Brian Daboll is gone. According to this player, Daboll would tell players one thing all week about what their role and what their playing time would be for the upcoming game. But on gameday do something totally different.

On defense though some players are upset about the possible switch to a 4-3 and think the team is a better 3-4 defense. Mike Florio of PFT pointed out this might be a case of guys knowing in a 4-3 they don't have a role on the Dolphins roster, so they are saying this because they are just upset not because they truly believe the Fins are a better 3-4 team vs a 4-3 team. The Dolphins have been quick to point out that last year (2011 season) the Dolphins played 52% of their snaps on defense in a base 4-3 defense.
