David Garrard's Time in Miami could be Over
Kim Bokamper on CBS4 in Miami said Quarterback David Garrard could be done with the Dolphins. He said Garrard is in a very tenuous situation. Bokamper pointed out Garrard's injuries, contract and that by the time he returns a starting QB will be named & preseason will likely be over.
